DUBAI: Peshawar Zalmi win by four wickets courtesy of Daren Sammy's six in the last over as well as Liam Dawson's boundary on the last ball, defeating Islamabad United in spite of outstanding fielding by the opposing team in the 21st match of Pakistan Super League's fourth season on Friday.
The first innings saw Peshawar Zalmi hurling pressure down Islamabad United as Hasan Ali and Ibtisam Sheikh took two wickets of Luke Ronchi and Philip Salt.
On the other hand, Cameron Delport looked out of form during his early overs before he picked the pace and managed to score 71 before getting bowled out by Hasan Ali, leaving behind a steady outlook for the approaching batsmen who managed to score a good total of 176 with one wicket remaining.

DUBAI: Quetta Gladiators thrashed Multan Sultans by 6 wickets in a 22nd match of the Pakistan Super League - 2019 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Friday night.
In pursuit of the 122-run target against Sultans, RR Rossouw and Watson guided Gladiators to victory in the fourth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Quetta Gladiators captain Sarfraz Ahmed won the toss and opted to bowl first, While Multan Sultans once again failed to fly high in their batting.
Sohail Tanvir and Darren Bravo's brilliant bowling spells restricted Sultans to a  meager total as both the bowlers picked three wickets each.
Muhammad Nawaz picked two wickets while Muhamad Hasnain bagged one to assist the pace attack, in restricting Sultans to 121.
Johnson Charles scored 46 off 36 balls to with five boundaries and a six to remain the only star for Multan Sultans. The next in line was skipper Shoaib Malik with his 21 off 24.
Muhammad Nawaz claimed the first wicket for Gladiators in his very first over.
