Japan Wins gold In Cycling’s omnium

Japanese
cyclist Yumi Kajihara won the gold medal in the women’s omnium track event at
the 2018 Asian Games held at the Jakarta International Velodrome, Jakarta, on
Wednesday.
Kajihara
dominated the race that consisted of four disciplines, namely the scratch,
tempo, elimination and point race.
Kajihara
collected the most points from the four disciplines with a total of 138,
winning the gold medal.
The
silver medal was won by Chinese Taipei cyclist Ting Ying Huang with a total of
126 points.
Meanwhile,
Youri Kim from Korea (KOR) won the bronze medal with a score of 121 points.
Indonesian
cyclist Ayustina Delia Priatna finished sixth with a total of 106 points.
