Yavi Winfred won the gold medal in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase with a
time of nine minutes 36 seconds in the final of the 2018 Asian Games, which
took place at the Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta, on Monday evening.

Singh from India won the silver medal, with a time of nine minutes 40 seconds,
and Vietnam’s Thi Oanh Nguyen got the bronze medal with a time of nine minutes
43 seconds.
