West Java, 24/8 (Antara) – South Korean cyclist Na Ah-reum grabbed her second
gold medal after finishing first in the women’s individual time trial (ITT) of
the Asian Games 2018 in Subang, West Java, on Friday.
Na
completed the 18.7-kilometer route in 31 minutes and 57.10 seconds, 0.16
seconds faster than silver medalist Eri Yonamine of Japan. Hong Kong, China
cyclist Wing Yi Leung settled for bronze.
Indonesia
cyclist Yanthi Fuchiyanti is in eighth place with a time of 35 minutes and
46.03 seconds.
Na
earned her first gold in the women’s road race category on Wednesday. Eri
pocketed the bronze medal in the same category.
