DUBAI: Lahore Qalanders defeated Quetta Gladiators with 108 runs in 16 overs with 8 wickets remaining in the 17th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Wednesday in Dubai
Quetta Gladiators delivered a dismal performance in the first innings setting a low target of 107 for Lahore Qalanders to achieve as they were all bowled out at 106.
Nepal’s Sandeep Lamichhane playing for Qalanders was the shining star in the match having taken four wickets of the Gladiators' top order with his googlies that were put to excellent use bowling out Sarfaraz Ahmed, Ahsan Ali Umar Akmal.
On the other hand, Sohail Tanvir on strike took things slow in the first innings, sprinting through to get byes so he could return to strike.
AB de Villiers delivered a good performance for the Qalanders by hitting boundaries and carrying forward a steady and fair partnership with Haris Sohail that led the team to victory.

PSL Highlights 2019 Match 18th: Islamabad United beat Karachi Kings by 5 wickets



DUBAI: Islamabad United thrashed Karachi Kings by five wickets in the 18th match of the Pakistan Super League 2019 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.
United won the toss and decided to bowl, batting first Karachi Kings set a decent target of 169 runs in 20 overs, while Islamabad achieved the task in 19.2 overs.
Islamabad began cranking through the gears, as a man of the match Aasif Ali - 70 off 38 balls - was more than enough to see off Karachi in a below-par chase of 169.
Karachi's opener Babar Azam smashed  68 runs off 50 balls with the help of 10 boundaries, while LS Livingstone added a blistering knock of 56 off 31, with five fours and four sixes.
Azam and Livingstone put together 78 runs for the second wicket partnership.

Rumman Raees took three wickets for 27 runs in his four overs, while Faheem Ashraf, Shadab Khan, and Amad Butt took one wicket each for United.
